TREASURY/IRS REGULATIONS 1.132 CERTIFICATIONS These regulations address "Fringe Benefits" for certain employees and how such benefits may qualify for an exclusion from taxable income. Since such tax benefits may be substantial to both the organization and the employee, a certification should be considered without delay.

Mattman Security Management Consultants, LLC, is an "independent security consultant" per Treasury Regulations 1.132-5T(m)2 and as such is qualified to perform a "security study" to determine that "an overall security program with respect to an employee is deemed to exist even though security is not provided to an employee on a 24-hour basis . . ."
